At Ungurait House, we stand behind the quality of every book we ship. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’ll make it right—because stories should arrive the way they were meant to be read.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged items (bent corners, misprints, torn packaging)

  • Incorrect orders (wrong title, format, or edition received)

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the integrity of our limited-run and collector-grade editions, the following items are final sale:

  • Signed copies

  • Limited edition prints or preorders

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs)

  • Gift cards

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

If the original item is no longer in stock, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.

International Orders

Returns for international orders are accepted under the same policy, but please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our end.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you've been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. If more than 10 business days have passed, email us and we’ll help sort it out.
